The Huntsville Havoc Booster Club typically* meets the first Tuesday of every month during the hockey season at 7:00pm.
*Note that meeting dates may change but the change will be announced before the meeting occurs as well as be updated on the HHBC Calendar. Notifications will be announced via email and/or HHBC Facebook group.

Executive Board members meet at 6:00 PM for the Executive Board Meeting.
Committee Chairs and the Executive Board meet at 6:45 PM for the Committee Chairs and Executives Meeting.
The General Audience (GA) meeting which is open to all members meets at 7:00 PM.

  • Help the Huntsville Havoc players during the season by providing grocery sponsorships, locker room snacks, team meals, and bus food for away games.

  • Assist in raising money to help the Huntsville Havoc Team and the Booster Club through selling Chuck-a-Pucks at all Home games or by working through other approved Booster Club events such as RVP Arm Banding for the VBC Propst Arena and/or VBC Mars Music Hall events.

  • Interact with the Huntsville Havoc players during the Booster Club’s annual Meet the Team, Christmas, & End of Season parties as well as select players at monthly Booster Club meetings for Birthday celebrations.

  • Periodically interact with the Huntsville Havoc players as well as players from the opposing team when the Booster Club provides team meals.

  • Help the team during the off season by working events at the VBC and/or other various locations as well as money boards and other Booster Club activities.

COST

  • Individuals = $30/year

  • Couples = $40/year

  • Families = $50/year

Digital Membership

By Email / Drop-off: Download the Membership Form, complete it at your convenience, and then either drop it off during any home game at the Booster Club Chuck-a-Puck table or submit it via the Booster Club email (havocboosterclub@gmail.com).
Note that dues must be paid when the form is submitted. This can be done in person using debit/credit cards, cash, or check. For email submission, payments can be submitted via CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal. The accounts for these payment systems are under the email address: havocboosterclub@gmail.com.
