Huntsville Havoc Booster Board Members

Hello hockey fans! My name is Tonia Osieczanek and I am more than honored to be serving as the President of the Huntsville Havoc Booster Club for the 6th consecutive year. Over the past few years, our Booster Club has grown tremendously and it is always exciting to see so many of us come together to support the Havoc players. I can honestly say, the eagerness to be involved never wears off!

A little about me - I am originally from Minnesota, moved to Florida when I was in 6th grade, and joined the U.S. Army 2 years after high school. I served in the U.S. Army and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer Four (CW4) in 2014 (yes, you can now try to figure out my age!).  I have one daughter who is currently attending University of Alabama Huntsville (UAH) for kinesiology, and will then go onto more studies to be an AT or PT. We have 2 sweet pit mixes who are very demanding of your attention! After a 2 year stint of being retired, I decided to go back to work in a completely different career field, but one that always had my interest – legal work.

They say in the Army you have a second family, which I found to be very true. However, I can say the same is very true of the hockey community, especially here in Huntsville. There have been so many friendships gained, whether it be with other Booster members, fans, players, players’ families, or the staff – they are all wonderful people I consider “family” in one fashion or another.  It is just awesome to come together to work for one common goal – seeing hockey succeed in the south and supporting the best team in the SPHL!!

I have NO doubt our Executive Board and general membership will continue to accomplish wonderful things for the Havoc organization and exceed expectations.  I am very excited to be serving as the President and am looking forward to serving for and with you!  If you are already a Havoc Booster Club member, THANK YOU!  If you are not, I highly encourage you to join our group of amazing individuals; you will not regret it!  Now let’s go do great things for the Havoc!

VICE President: AMY SHELTON

As a lifelong and passionate hockey fan, I combine my love for the game with my leadership and organizational skills to help strengthen the Havo Booster Club and support the team both on and off the ice. I am committed to creating an engaging, inclusive, and enthusiastic fan experience while promoting the values of teamwork, dedication, and community involvement. 

As the Vice President of the Huntsville Havoc Booster Club, I bring over 25 years of experience in the human resource and employee management field, where I have dedicated my career to building strong teams and fostering positive workplace culture.

In addition to my professional expertise, I have spent over 25 years in military communities as a spouse and mom deeply engaged in military communities and volunteer organizations, where I have gained a strong appreciation for service, resilience, and community spirit.  Let’s Go Havoc! 

Treasurer: JEN WEAVER

I am Jen Weaver and I'm the Booster Club Treasurer. Our family has been in the club for 4 years. For the past two years, I was the Chuck-A-Puck Chair. I am married to Rick Weaver and have 3 "grown" kids. We have recently become empty-nesters. I am an Army Veteran of 8 years and an Army wife for 26 years. We are excited for this upcoming season and ready to get it started!!! LET'S GO HAVOC!!!

Secretary: Sarah Findley

I am honored and excited to serve as Secretary for the Havoc Booster Club. I look forward to supporting our players, their families, the Havoc organization, and the incredible support team who make game days possible. My goal is to help create value for our members, grow our membership, and continue building the best booster club in the league.

Hockey has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up attending games and watching our hometown team evolve from the Channel Cats into the Huntsville Havoc. Those early memories sparked a lifelong love for the sport and the amazing community that surrounds it.

My husband and I have been proud Havoc season ticket holders for several years, and our family has embraced hockey as a way of life. Our youngest son fell in love with the game through his experiences at Havoc games and the inspiration he received from players he met along the way. Today, he plays hockey himself, and we still enjoy following former Havoc players as their careers take them to new teams and cities. During hockey season, you can often find us planning road trips to support the Havoc both near and far.

Family, service, and community are at the heart of who I am. My oldest stepson is a proud Airman, and military service runs deep in our family. My husband and both of my parents served, and growing up in a military family instilled in me the values of dedication, teamwork, and service to others.

When I’m not at the rink, you’ll likely find me spoiling our 3 rescue pups, kayaking or camping with my family, or working as a professional tooth fairy. Whether I’m helping patients, cheering from the stands, or serving our members, I love finding ways to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

I look forward to helping our Booster Club continue to grow and thrive while supporting the team and community we all love. Go Havoc!

Member-at-large: Rich Varna

As Member-at-Large, I provide valuable insight, representation, and a steady voice for the membership, ensuring that the interests of fans and players alike are heard.  My combined experience in service and sport makes me a trusted advocate and enthusiastic contributor to the Huntsville Havoc Booster Club. 

I bring over 25 years of dedicated military service, leadership and commitment to community in my role as the Member-at-Large.in the Huntsville Havoc Booster Club.  I am a passionate supporter of the game both on and off the ice, I am not only a devoted fan but also an active adult hockey player.  My years of service have instilled in me a value of teamwork, discipline and perseverance-qualities I now channel into fostering a strong supportive booster club environment.  Let’s Go Havoc
