President: Tonia Osieczanek

Hello hockey fans! My name is Tonia Osieczanek and I am more than honored to be serving as the President of the Huntsville Havoc Booster Club for the 6th consecutive year. Over the past few years, our Booster Club has grown tremendously and it is always exciting to see so many of us come together to support the Havoc players. I can honestly say, the eagerness to be involved never wears off!

A little about me - I am originally from Minnesota, moved to Florida when I was in 6th grade, and joined the U.S. Army 2 years after high school. I served in the U.S. Army and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer Four (CW4) in 2014 (yes, you can now try to figure out my age!).  I have one daughter who is currently attending University of Alabama Huntsville (UAH) for kinesiology, and will then go onto more studies to be an AT or PT. We have 2 sweet pit mixes who are very demanding of your attention! After a 2 year stint of being retired, I decided to go back to work in a completely different career field, but one that always had my interest – legal work.

They say in the Army you have a second family, which I found to be very true. However, I can say the same is very true of the hockey community, especially here in Huntsville. There have been so many friendships gained, whether it be with other Booster members, fans, players, players’ families, or the staff – they are all wonderful people I consider “family” in one fashion or another.  It is just awesome to come together to work for one common goal – seeing hockey succeed in the south and supporting the best team in the SPHL!!

I have NO doubt our Executive Board and general membership will continue to accomplish wonderful things for the Havoc organization and exceed expectations.  I am very excited to be serving as the President and am looking forward to serving for and with you!  If you are already a Havoc Booster Club member, THANK YOU!  If you are not, I highly encourage you to join our group of amazing individuals; you will not regret it!  Now let’s go do great things for the Havoc!

VICE President: AMY SHELTON

As a lifelong and passionate hockey fan, I combine my love for the game with my leadership and organizational skills to help strengthen the Havo Booster Club and support the team both on and off the ice. I am committed to creating an engaging, inclusive, and enthusiastic fan experience while promoting the values of teamwork, dedication, and community involvement. 

As the Vice President of the Huntsville Havoc Booster Club, I bring over 25 years of experience in the human resource and employee management field, where I have dedicated my career to building strong teams and fostering positive workplace culture.

In addition to my professional expertise, I have spent over 25 years in military communities as a spouse and mom deeply engaged in military communities and volunteer organizations, where I have gained a strong appreciation for service, resilience, and community spirit.  Let’s Go Havoc! 

Treasurer: JEN WEAVER

I am Jen Weaver and I'm the Booster Club Treasurer. Our family has been in the club for 4 years. For the past two years, I was the Chuck-A-Puck Chair. I am married to Rick Weaver and have 3 "grown" kids. We have recently become empty-nesters. I am an Army Veteran of 8 years and an Army wife for 26 years. We are excited for this upcoming season and ready to get it started!!! LET'S GO HAVOC!!!

Secretary: Lori Latham

Hi there and I am happy to serve as the Booster Club secretary.  I have been a season ticket holder since the 2nd year of the Havoc.  Since becoming a Booster member, I have enjoyed supporting the team through volunteering at the Chuck a Puck table and/or bringing in food for the team meals.   The Booster events are a blast, and we really like to help each other out making our plans turn into awesome events for the team and the other Booster members.  I retired from the Army and moved to Huntsville for the job opportunities.  The local area is wonderful and I enjoy many other volunteer organizations like the Botanical Garden and the American Legion.

Member-at-large: Rich Varna

As Member-at-Large, I provide valuable insight, representation, and a steady voice for the membership, ensuring that the interests of fans and players alike are heard.  My combined experience in service and sport makes me a trusted advocate and enthusiastic contributor to the Huntsville Havoc Booster Club. 

I bring over 25 years of dedicated military service, leadership and commitment to community in my role as the Member-at-Large.in the Huntsville Havoc Booster Club.  I am a passionate supporter of the game both on and off the ice, I am not only a devoted fan but also an active adult hockey player.  My years of service have instilled in me a value of teamwork, discipline and perseverance-qualities I now channel into fostering a strong supportive booster club environment.  Let’s Go Havoc
